Dancing is Your Friend! Jump to the Music to Promote Happiness!
It’s time to play your favorite pumpin’ track and dance! That’s right, it’s time to boogie! One of the most fun, enjoyable and rewarding ways of using your rebounder, is by dancing on it!
By incorporating some dance moves into your rebounder exercises, not only will you:
– Sweat, flushing toxins from your blood
– Lose weight by burning calories as you dance
– Tone muscles everywhere you as you dance-bounce
… but you also trigger endorphins to be released into your body. Endorphins are hormones that have a number of functions, including making you feel good and providing you with boosts of energy. Additionally, Harvard Medical School has reviewed evidence that demonstrates dancing to be highly beneficial for the brain – promoting better learning and “that dance helps reduce stress, increases levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin, and helps develop new neural connections, especially in regions involved in executive function, long-term memory, and spatial recognition”.
So why not add an element of playful positivity into your day by throwing in some dance moves with your rebounding! All you need is one good music track (or a few!) and some unapologetically silly moves to start your day with a bounce!
