If you have a patio or an area in your backyard that is a flat, even and a stable ground surface, consider taking your rebounder outside sometimes and rebounding outdoors.
Although it is not recommended to keep your rebounder outside, taking it outside once in a while for your rebounding session can provide you with a new and uplifting experience.
As human beings we are highly responsive and enjoy experiencing a change of scenery every now and then. Rebounding outside is one such way of experiencing a change without having to go very far. With the blue sky back drop, fresh air and your very own garden around you as you rebound you may find your self rebounding longer than you anticipated.
And remember to slip slop slap on some sunscreen if exercising in the sun and as always, drink plenty of water!
